How many games or hours a week r needed to keep your edge?
For me, 3 hours per week maintains, 6 hours a week shows slow improvement (2 x 3 hour sessions). I need at least 9 per week (preferably more, with at least one 6 hour session) to get in "tournament shape", or I fade after the third match. That's been pretty much true for me for 20 years...although 20 years ago I was single and played 5-6 hours a day 7 days a week. :embarrassed2:
