When did huebler cues say cue by huebler. Mainly because I really want a huebler because of the hit that I understand is unique. I would really like to avoid getting one from an era when Paul was not affiliated with the company. Most I have seen say huebler vertically or say made in the USA. This is a logo I am not to familiar with. Huebler info would be appreciated.

Paul was affiliated with all Hueblers. You can't go wrong with any Huebler you get.

Huebler Cues

Paul was always connected to the shop, he started using the Engraved Cue By Huebler logo in 1985, He started using the transfer Cue by Huebler logo on June of 1986 until he changed them in June of 1993, then they were engraved Huebler Made in USA

I was understanding that he sold it or at least turned it over to some one else and the quality suffered so he got it back

Not sure exactly how the transaction occurred and all the details involved, but he was indeed supposed to have sold the company in 2002. Rumor at the time was that the new owners let quality slip and did not make payments they were supposed to, so he took it back over until he retired.

Can you share some pictures of your monster Hueblers. I know I've seen before somewhere, but you have some AWESOME cues by Huebler.

I have a real soft spot for Huebler cues.

If you're a Facebook user Terry has a great Huebler Cue fan page where you can see tons of pics.

I have an older Huebler with nothing on the butt cap.
If it was a transfer, it may have rubbed off.

Was there a time in the beginning that no logos were used?

yes, there was a time in the beginning where they used sticker logos and sometimes those came off or got removed some how. Post a pictures and someone will be able to tell you what you have.

The Huebler I owned in 1974 had no logo at all. Sure wish I still had it. Beautiful tulip 4 point & veneers.
