Bzzzt, WRONG. Some new complaints within the last couple of weeks yes, but older complaints as well.

Person 1:
"Anyone know how to reach David Huff of Huff Custom Cues? He's out of Roanoke,Va. I sent 2 cues to him for repair and he disappeared on me. Won't answer e mails or his phone."

Person 2:
"he F***ed me on ebay. cues "damaged in shipping". his standard story. apparently has quite a history of doing this."

Person 3:
"Two days after I send the MO, I went to the page and saw that he was "no longer a member" of e-bay. I googled the above address on the MO, and it comes back to a Sal's Pizza ....and the phone number there has been disconnected."

Person 4:
"I have to tell you guys that I am pretty sure that I am out $320 U.S. I purchased a predator 4K1 off of David Huff through ebay on Dec. 12 and my money order was picked up on the 20th and thats the last I've heard of him."

I love the time you told the guy that his cues were lost, and then that the post office found them again, like this:
"your cues have been found by the postal service. they would nto give me any inof on where thye were but they said i should have them in hand by the end of next week. i am picking them up and open them at the post office in front of the postmaster to make sure that they are not damaged or anything is wrong. if so then the insurance claim will be in effect."

And then I love how you then tell that same person that the post office lost his cues AGAIN after this, and then tell him that he is not entitled to an insurance claim either. So the post office FOUND THEM (but won't tell you where... The post office sure does like it's secrets, hmm?) and then they LOSE THEM AGAIN. And then you also conveniently forget about the insurance claim and refuse to refund that person anyway. It doesn't get any better than that...

Multiple complaints, multiple lame excuses on your part. NOT ONE person who posted a complaint (victims) followed up saying you refunded them or sent the cues. Quite the opposite... They are all still complaining, some months later.

There comes a certain point where it doesn't even matter if you are a scammer or just a raging idiot. I suspect both. Nobody should go near you with a 100 foot pole.

Huff you keep playing your games sooner or later you'll mess with the wrong person then bad things will happen.......you have too many people here complaining........if i were you,get the money and solve the problems like real quick !!!!!
 
you need to go back and read those posts a little better dum ass....thise cues for repair were never told that they were lost and found and lost again!!! i addressed everythign he had put on here and even included emails showing what i said was true!! as far as the ohters you listed they are the ones within the last couple weeks just as i said!!! so go F^&K yourself!!

WOW you know i have a shaved head!! like thats a real big deal...people talk and hell that could have been brouhgt up in conversation and you heard it. you still dont tell me who you are???? sure talk alot of BS on here and say you know me sooo well BUT you dont know i have a pool hall/bar??? so either you are full of crap about knowing me or you are just a plain out LIAR and trying to start more BS by telling people on here that i do not have a business!!! so what is it?? and baseball cap??? i hardly ever wear a cap!! and if you know me from playing pool as you claimed you do then i know thats BS becasue i NEVER wear a hat playing pool!!!! funny thing is i looked at some of your posts and it seems that you like to stir up this type of crap alot!! you must have a miserable life!! i also saw a post you ad with some of yuor cues that you say you have and they look alot like a guy i know whose name is LOU !! "i will send the cue in the morning to you. please scan a copy of the money order when you get it and email it to me. thsi will help me know if i actually got it or if it was one of the payments taken by my "so called friend".

I'm glad you are taking this so lightly. I didn't know the amount of money involved was proportional to how much it matters to you. So if it's under a hundred dollars, you can't understand the need to follow through on a commitment?

Well, it's really more than a commitment isn't it. What we had was a legally binding contract. I believe the Post Office thinks it's a pretty serious matter even if you don't.

So you own a business huh, then why don't you tell everyone why this address (where I sent the money order)

i dont know why that name comes up...that was the old pizza place that was here before ..it closed down about 5 years ago.... and no it wasnt meant that the amount of money had anything to do with it!!! i was staing that these jerks wanted to accuse me of stealing your money or some type of scam!! and just as i said if someone wanted to scam somebody then i think they would do it for alot more than 36 bucks!! maybe you should also post here that you were contacted by me about this BEFORE i ever knew these posts were on here. and not acting like the only reason i took care of thsi is because of your posts here!!! also tell everyone that you wouldnt reply back to my emails with the info i had asked for so i could get it taken care of!!! BUT wait i guess its too easy to accuse someone of doing wrong and too hard to put the whole truth on here!!! i have no problem putting the info on here after it is shipped. thanks

Every e-mail you have sent to me I have reposted here, and you for sure didn't e-mail me BEFORE I went to the Post Office with this matter.

The whole chain of events is in this thread, take the time and read it more carefully.

I think this whole story of your's is a bunch of crap and the ONLY reason you're trying to resolve the matter is because you know your ass is in a serious bind.

I'll be waiting for you to post the tracking number on here.
 
i didnt say anything about when you went to the post office!!! i have no idea when you did that!! i said i had emailed you BEFORE i ever knew about these posts. i found out about these later!! i dont care if you believe me or not...i am in NO BIND AT ALL!!! i have everything i need to show what happened!! i emailed you as soon as i got back and found out what was going on so that i could get you taken care of. you were an ass about it then and wouldnt even reply to my emails!! thats not the way to get anything resolved!! anyway your number will be posted here when its sent..

Oh,I'm sorry,just about everyone in roanoke has told me the same stories as I read here David.Next time ask me for my driver's lisc.My name is charles. The problem is guys like you make it harder for the honest people to do business so thats why I put my 2 cents in. I dont care what you think of me,call me what u want,anybody who knows me knows the truth,something you have a hard time telling. You need to take care of who you have these issues with thats the main thing. And then you keep using the postal service as a excuse which I happen to work for and your the same old crap about how the post office lost it. BULL SHIT.

hey if you are telling the truth then whats the name and address of your establishment and post a copy of your occupational license.This would give you some credence if you dont do these things everyone will know you are full of it.

postal problems

man, that F***in' post office in roanoke, va, must be the worst post office in the country. they lose or damage every cue.
i wonder if they damage or lose anything other than cues?

i dont know how you guys seem to change things to what you want them to say...I NEVER said anything at all on here about any of these cues that i sold getting lost in the mail!!!! i did have a cue that i repaired get lost and it was finally found and taken care of...BUT i never once posted here about these couple of cues that they were lost!!!

as in the last email i had with mark i had told him the cues were here and would be sent...i asked for an address where HE would be able to sign for them. i wouldnt take the chance of sending them to someone else. i didnt have the cues for a year either and i posted the emails between us showing what i said was true. the last email also i told him i wanted to send partial refund or a new case for the trouble....as to yet he has not replied back to me. i have sent 5-6 emails to him. and YES i have the copies of them too. matter of fact i sent him one last night. i will attach copy below. i have the cue and will be sent when mark gives me address to ship them to him directly so he will have to sign for them. thanks
