and what story is that??? again funny how you like to tell all this BS...BUT everyone around roanoke seems to always come to me to buy cues!!! if i am soo bad and all like you claim then i dont think they would DO YOU??? and again i say since you claim to know all about me then im sure you know the truth that i do indeed have a bar/pool hall and carry alot of cues...so why did you LIE on here??? and i do seem to recall ever saying the psot office lost this cue at all!!! they did lose one before but not this one so again whats up with the BS???? and i hate to bust your bubble there lou but honestly not too many people really think much of you at all!!! i always thought you were okay until now i see what a ***** you really are. so best thing i can tell you is to rethink what comes out of your mouth. Every e-mail you have sent to me I have reposted here, and you for sure didn't e-mail me BEFORE I went to the Post Office with this matter.

The whole chain of events is in this thread, take the time and read it more carefully.

I think this whole story of your's is a bunch of crap and the ONLY reason you're trying to resolve the matter is because you know your ass is in a serious bind.

I'll be waiting for you to post the tracking number on here.

Look,the only BS here is you,and everyone knows it. All these complaints against you are not my problem.You say in previous post you sell over 200 cues a month,boy, what a line of bs that is. I am really hurt that a low lifer like you and your pal's dont care for me,I dont know if I can sleep any more!!!I have better things in life than to worry about what my pool buddies think. You,on the other hand have to sweat everytime you hear a siren. How many times you gona say GOODBYE. Yeah,these guys always come to you because you carry the 100-200 dollar cues and thats alot to the crowd you hang with! The only cue they ever heard of is meccui. HAHA

I purchased a cue from David Huff a year ago on ebay and never received the cue or my money back. I tracked him down last summer and he said he would send me a refund; still waiting. He gave me his cell phone number, but now he never answers it. I send him emails all the time, has not responded since August. I'll see if I can get a response from this board, if not I will proceed legally. I don't understand how people can live with theselves when the knowingly rip people off. I personally, would like to see him go to jail.

Does anyone think that the "main" reason he is sending me the cue I bought is because he knows I turned it over to the Postal Service?

Maybe the others on here who have not received their items from him should think about legal ways to force him into action.

Although it still remains to be seen if I will receive the cue I purchased, I have a tracking number. Let's just hope it doesn't get lost in the mail.

I'm sure every cue dealer has had their share of problems in the past. I would like to see the other side of Huff's dealings, maybe a post asking for those who have had favorable dealings with him? I guarantee if I sold 100 cues over the internet, there would be a couple of sour transactions and possibly a lost cue. Its how you deal with it as a businessman that makes me question this dealer. I would only buy from him using an escrow service. You can't get screwed that way.

You are correct. Sometimes things happen....mess-ups on a cue's description on a dealer's part and even the occasional buyer that simply can't be pleased no matter what.

Knock on wood (you know I'm jinxing myself), we have never, ever, ever, had a cue that was lost in shipping. A few slight delays, but nothing has ever been lost. We exclusively use USPS and FedEx.

Ive been selling cues for 3 years now mostly online and so far Ive only had 1 complaint. But that was about the cue, not about delivery of the cue. I use USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail and Global Express Mail exclusively and so far have not had a problem yet (knock on wood)...

I have to tell you guys that I am pretty sure that I am out $320 U.S. I purchased a predator 4K1 off of David Huff through ebay on Dec. 12 and my money order was picked up on the 20th and thats the last I've heard of him. It's pretty sad when there is another man out there spending my hard earned money and doesn't even have the decency to email you and tell you that the cue that I paid for isn't coming. Not only that but he charged me extra to ship the cue to Canada and I also paid $25 for a pair of joint protectors. Mr. Huff I hope there is some misunderstanding and you are not recieving my emails or there is a reason for the delay because I just can't believe that someone would do something like this. Al

Mr. Huff, I trust your working everything out, I'm still waiting on my cue and sure would appreciate a tracking # or some kind of email from you telling me wether or not your making progress.
