So much for Alex biting off more than he can chew.

The man is on a mission. Some incredible play.

Justin is feelin the heat for sure. He needs to get that confidence back quick,or this will be over today before the first players break.

I see 3 things going on.

1) Justin is struggling with banks I can guarantee he isn't even considering as shots he would miss.

2) Justin is hanging balls without getting his cue ball safe.

3) The table isn't too tight or playing too short for Alex.

I don't think Alex is stealing, he's gotta take his time and play well to win. When he was up 7 games and Justin sold out, he got loose and lost his momentum.

Jhall played as bad as he could after about game 4 and let Alex start freewheeling. The first 3 games Jhall never let him look at his hole and was torturing him, then missed a couple balls, lost confidence and Alex started doing what Alex does. Hope my boy comes in with a clear mindset today and puts up a fight.

Yeah Alex got some cheap games just by biding time waiting for JHall to sell out. Lot of pool left though

He thought he was truly invincible on that table that he allegedly has never lost on after the first 4 games. Once Alex caught him and he found out he was not, he lost all confidence. I doubt he will be confident today unless AP starts playing very poorly. But who knows?

PS-So great that this match starts at 3pm instead of midnight EDT

Can't bet it up today if you closed it out last night

It rained yesterday and the conditions got very tough.
...some of the banks by both players were missed by a full diamond.
....conditions will stay tough today....runouts will be harder to come by.

I'll add tha alex is going to be playing closer and closer to perfect pool, as the set gets longer.

That's why he's a champeeeeen.

With an AC running full blast as they must in Fla-Is that really a factor?
Here in NY as we speak, the humidity is 84% outside. Here inside, with my AC on, it is 30% SO WTF?
This event is certainly not the first time i have heard about wet tables but i still always wondered about the above.

I tried posting a pic of my humidistat but 'upload failed' 3x -I cropped it and it took

Not sure why that error message keeps happening, but a workaround is
-take picture
-go to picture gallery (aka:album)
-take screenshot of picture
-upload (screenshot) picture via paperclip button on azb.
