Here is the description from Eric Crisp:

Here's a unique cue. It's a co-op build between Wes Hunter & myself. Some is his, some is mine, some is totally new & different. It's a basic design with a lot of "behind the scenes" things going on. We took our strong points & mixed into one cue. It's ebony forearm/butt with mottle figured bubinga handle. The collars are brown phenolic with melamine & phenolic rings. The melamine rings are engraved with a tricky little squiggle to give some fashion. I made some matching J/P's, too.

The cue was built as a co-op to fund added prize money for a local tournament. Basically, we wanted to give players an incentive to become more involved in the game, and offer a good prize to those who play the best. The proceeds of the cue are being added to the tounament prize fund.

The cue is for sale for $1,850.00 . No trades on this rare cue.

Come on guys...let's get this cue sold for two great cue makers and and a good cause.

Collaboration Cue

Jamie,

Are you sure it's not a "SugarHunter". A hummingbird cue? Very nice influences from several cue makers. What could be better? Uhh, it could be mine if it weren't for emptying my saving account in the last few months buying cues. Sell it soon before I have to resort to plastic.

I need offers on this cue guys...do not be shy!!!! 100% of the selling price goes to Wes Hunter's Tournament!

HunterTree huh?
What about SugarHunter? Or HunterCrisp? ;) lol.

Bump for a nice cue... I love those rings!

Huntertree

Forgetting the end result of the $$$ realized for the sale as a justification, as a knowledgeable dealer of Sugartree cues, will you explain, at least to me, why this cue would be a good buy at $1850? Would such a cue made solely by Mr. Crisp or Mr. Hunter be as costly? Could an argument be made that other than the novelty of the collaboration, the value of the cue is, in fact , decreased because it is not solely a Sugartree or a Hunter? Thank you.

plays well

i had the good fortune to play with a friend's sugartree last night .. man, you can do some amazing stuff with that cue !

am sure whoever picks it up will be very happy with it ....

Ok Alex..I will answer all your questions:

1. No
2. Yes
3. An argument can be made on just about anything

Now I have a question for you:

1. Would you like to make an offer on the cue?

And i pose a question: A porsche made by porsche mechanics or a ferrari made by ferrari's mechanics will be cost lower or higher by a car made by both porsche's and ferrari's mechanics? ;)

Thanks for your answers. Now, to answer your question, "No."
I like the cue and currently own 2 Sugartrees purchased from your business. However, my offer would not meet your inflated expectations, which I think is borne out by the lack of response to your post. In addition, I have seen many on the forum emphasize the need for communication, but you apparently missed that memo. Therefore, any future purchase from you by me is in doubt.

A good analogy. However, if your question is posed to me, I don't know. Hence, my question to the Worminator.
