I am finally good enough.

On occasion I have been known to prematurely touch the cue-ball on my warm up strokes, I know everyone does it but I might be in the top 100 in the world at this rather embarrassing foul:embarrassed2:.

In the past I would instinctively slam the cue-ball:embarrassed2: about break speed instantly after the foul:banghead:.

Now after many years of this bad habit I now just stand up and walk away.

I feel I have reached the next level of my game:grin:.

I have done this on occasion and I have fine tuned my stroke to finish following thru after the "unintentional" tapping of the cueball. If you get real good at it (practice makes perfect) then it seems like one fluid motion and you might get away with it.

I know how you feel, Cuebuddy. I accidentally touched my first mother-in-law's right breast once and you'd have thought I had just shot her in the foot.
She screamed, jumped out of bed (she was staying over at our house and we only had one bed), ran clean through the screen door, and disappeared into the night.
Sometimes accidents can be a blessing.

I think that is why I used to swing so hard just after my first touch.....I must of thought that my stroke was faster then my compatition's eyes.

My mother in law will be here in a week for my youngest boys HS graduation. Cuebuddy=> Wondering if it is still a blessing when it's not an accident.
