I can't use a linen wrap - looking for advice

Have you had your wrap pressed recently? That don't cost that much. Or i would go for a leather wrap.

I have an issue with the fingertips on my grip hand. I'd like to either sell my cues that have a wrap or convert to a different wrap. The linen acts like fine sandpaper on my fingers.

What would be a better option for a wrap and is it possible to install a different wrap that won't increase diameter of the cue?

Thanks for any replies.
Try rubbing excessive paraffin before you pay to replace your wrap, costs you O.... Let us know what choice you've made.

You could also have a cuemaker lightly sand your wrap and apply a finish over it.
It's not that simple but a good option.

I have an issue with the fingertips on my grip hand.
I have skin allergies that affect my fingertips, both hands. My cues are leather wrapped, I find the Spanish oiled bull to be soft yet grippy enough. I use a very light grip on the cue and I want the cue to be able to move. More of a "cradle" than grip. I use a glove on my forward hand, sometimes with my fingertips bandaged under the glove. At times I use a glove on both hands as it helps the medicine penetrate.

I use Daivobet Calcipotriol-Betamethasone constantly:

Let me know if I can help.
