Thanks to Donny (sdbilliards). I can slow roll a ball all the way across the table with zero roll. The pockets are super tight but accept balls if they are hit good. The wont spit them back out. The cushions are Artemis and the cloth is Simonas. My Table is a 9ft Gold crown 4. It is honestly the best table I have ever played on. I waited for a long time for another mechanic but they must have been too busy. SO I PM'd Big truck and he recomended Donny. I am very happy with the results. If any of you need your table done right in So Cal I highly recomend SDBilliards.

Holy shit that is one nice ass table, and room! Don't know about all the animals though, I think that would freak me out a little, maybe cause I'm just not used to it. Is that what they call taxidermy? I saw an episode of King of the Hill about that one time, lol.
SDBilliards recovered and replaced the rubber on two Gandy tables at my community rec room last year and did a great job. When he finished the tables he polished the balls - which I thought was a nice gesture. I highly recommend him.

I have a GC4 as well - same size pockets. One thing I noticed is that the metal parts behind the pocket don't lay perfectly flush with the rail. So, if I have a shot that forces me to rail-bridge over the corner of that metal part, it could scratch my shaft.
How flush are those metal pieces?

I tried to get the casting as flush as possible, I built the rail cap upside down and pulled them tight as I tightened them. There's several ways to build the rail cap maybe I try something different next time. Thanks.

Oh, I thought you were saying that Matt's weren't flush. You might be able to fix your problem by removing the pocket liner, looseing the casting bolts with a 1/2 wrench and pressing down the casting and tightening. I don't have enought experience with the GC4 to say if this will work or not but you might want to give it a try.
