anyone know f he's received them yet? any pictures? the gilbert he used to have actually looked so good it was the deciding factor of me buying my gilbert (best decision i ever made).
The only thing I heard was that 3 months was the estimated completion time for Rob's cue. It hasn't been 3 months yet. That is 1/3 the time it takes most anybody to make a cue of that quality. Also, with Valley forge right around the corner, I am sure Andy has his hands full getting ready. Rob is still playing with the cue I loaned him. Andy has always given more than expected when dealing with me, I'm sure he will come through for Rob.
Andy is as good a guy as he is a cuemaker. I am sure he is taking care of Robb as quick as he can.
I am going to finalize my order for my new cue @ DCC. (assuming Andy is there) I have purchased 3 Gilberts (2 directly from Andy) and I am working on #4. I am thinking Ebony, Amboyna, 6 veneered pts, boxes, ivory and maybe even some silver.
