Mike, you don't have the right software. That's what Justin told me. I'm out 10 beans too.

I was in the same boat. tried half the night to make it work but got plugged in the back half

Jay are you on Dial up or cable. You might not be getting enough juice with Dial Up.
I just thought of something. Do you have a pop up blocker? Put your blocker on temporary hold and that should do it. Thats what I did.

Thanks man. I'm getting regular updates. Sounds like Shane found a gear. A high gear!

I know I'm a little late posting this. Can't figure I'll be any help, but I had the same problem and it said to click here if a new window doesn't load. Well, I clicked and lucked out. I guess the window it was talking about was the pop up window. Even though I have my browser marked to not block them, it always does. Clicking did fix the problem for us. We have a cable connection.

Forgot to mention that I started out using my Opera browser and remembered I generally use Firefox for movie stuff, so I changed over. It said I didn't have the plugin required. So, I tried IE, which worked after I clicked on the link it said to click on. If you have other browsers, you might try them. Sometimes, that makes a difference, because you have different things downloaded with each one.

Sorry you guys missed tonight's show. It was a good one. Some great competition and true talent.
