Two years ago, when I first joined AZ, this mechanic section was dead, I mean that literally. No one was talking to each other at all. In the last two years, we've all come together to create one of the best, of not the best anywhere...mechanic section there is on the Net. I've meet some cool mechanic's in person, and talked to more than I can keep up with by counting. Bringing mechanic's together to know one another was one of my first goals when I joined. I can't wait to see what this year brings, and how many more mechanic's I'll get to meet and spend time with, I think we all have an impact on each others lives in this industry. So, I just wanted to thank all my fellow mechanics for the hard work they do to get the jobs done, I was the first mechanic to max out on reps, but I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who's climbed the rep ladder:grin:

The Ask The Mechanics section is the finest on AZB, thanks to rkc and the other mechanics who post. Everybody acting like an adult and helping like a friend. You guys are to be congratulated for making the forum what it is.

I have been here over a year. I was hesistant to start posting, but glad I did. For me this website was a way for me to gauge myself versus other mechanics in the nation, not just in my backyard. I have to say that coming to this site as an equal and being opened minded I have advanced my skills more rapidly than any other time frame. I have been able to network and meet a few in person.

One thing I've noticed is you post with more confidence which comes from learning and doing.
AND... you got to add the Authorized Diamond moniker.

As in any trade, there's always someone that knows a little more or does it a little different but better.
We're fortunate that we have some folks here that are willing to share that expertise.

From a non mechanics point of view it is also a great sub forum I met Glen on this forum and have a great table and a friend out of the deal. You guys rock I wonder how many other awesome mechanics out don't know about this site and you guys. this group certainly has the knowledge to make things better.

I had a customer that informed of this forum. Said that's how he found me so I'm grateful to him and to all of the mechanics posting here. It's great having a wealth of information at your finger tips. If you can't pick up ideas and tid bits here, give up! Thanks Glen and everyother techie here

"Talk To A Mechanic" section is the one I start my day at AZB forums. Well, frankly this is because it is faster to browse than other two I visit :D But if it wasn't you Glen, as well as other men of trade, I wouldn't be that interested.
Thank you guys for sharing your knowledge here, it is fascinating and helpful not only to the mechanics.
RKC, I hope year 2009 will be the one when you release your dvds
