Hey everyone,

I have a Predator sneaky cue that i would like to have a lizard wrap installed. I have attached a picture of the cue, it currently has no wrap.

I know my fellow AZBers will point me to the best in the business for this.

thanks in advance,

Craig

There are many good cuemakers here that could do this, and they all hang out in the Cuemakers Forum. You might want to post this there. There is a big difference in price between lizard print leather and genuine lizard, and several different types of lizard. Kenny Koo, aka "Flying Snail" is one of the best wrappers in the country, but, like I said, there are a lot of good cuemakers that can do this. Hope this helps!
:p

This looks like more than a simple wrap installation. The wrap less cue will have to have a wrap grove cut, which means a refinish as well.

It should be against the law to have a wrap put on a full splice cue that is wrapless. Why not sell it and buy one with a wrap??

Lizard Wrap

Kenny Koo, aka "Flying Snail" did a wrap on the Bender cue I had. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him.

Locally, I had Greg Sowder put a leather wrap on my Hunter Classic cue and he does an excellent job. PM me for his phone number if you don't have it. Since he makes cues I believe he could put on a leather wrap without refinishing it.

When you put the bit to the wood to cut the groove, the finish is destroyed. Finish work will have to be done on a cue like this after you cut a wrap groove.

There is no need to refinish the cue. You can easily cut a wrap grove and not disturb the finish that remains.

I guess some people would be satisfied with your standards. Any time you disturb a finish you have to do finish work to that area. If it does not blend, the whole cue would need to be refinished.
