I need new cushions, please let me know what one's you like and the places i can buy them at.

Also, i've heard 100% gum rubber is the only way to go, is that correct? I've seen companies like champion say their rubber is the best but they say their rubber is like 75% gum and 25% filler.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Every company I know out there will say that their rubber is the best. 100% gum rubber will not break down over time like rubber with fillers will. So theoretically this should be the last time you ever replace it. Can you post your table make and model though? Not all rubber will fit on all tables, so that might narrow down your choices. Thanks.

I don't have a lot of experience with Golden West tables. I've set up and moved several used ones, but haven't looked into the company much. I don't know if they have always used a 100% pure gum rubber or if that's a recent thing. If your rails are going bad, they might have been using different rubber back then.

The other possibility is that they're using a lower grade of pure gum rubber. Hard to pinpoint that one though. Point is, a K66 profile rubber will work. Hopefully this helps you out. Good luck!

Donny at sdbilliards would be a good one to ask about Golden West cushions. I believe he used to work for them before they left CA for OR. I've contracted setting up a few they have shipped direct to customers here in NC and the new tables seem nice high quality and are easy set-ups (except the King David is time consuming as heck).
