Call John Rocker. His are top notch.
I got a set from Tom Migliore and the quality was flawless and the turn around time was less than two weeks.
Tom was very good to deal with.

I will second what Busbee Cue said. I got a set from Tom Migliore a couple months ago and his mandrels are top notch and he was great to deal with.
If you do a google serach for his name he should come up under TNSCues and you can give him a call... heck, tell him I sent you since I will be calling him for some other items soon...

Ive tried getting ahold of Tom, but he is a hard guy to reach. I was just seeing if anyone had a spare set they could part with.
