I need to sell three days of Platinum VIP seating for the Galveston tourney

I bought three days (Sept. 15-17) of Platinum VIP seating for the Galveston World Classic Tournament. This is the highest level of VIP seating and costs $25 per day. Here's the link to check on this: http://www.theworldclassic.com/products-page

I paid $75 for the three days, but I will not be able to attend the tournament.

If anyone is planning to be at the tournament during this three day period (September 15,16, &17) and is planning on buying seating, you could do me a favor and buy the seating from me. I will need to change the name on the seating so that you can pick up the tickets at the will call window.

Of course I would like to sell the tickets for what I paid for them, but if I don't get an offer for full price, I will reduce the price until I can sell the seating.

I just checked, I it should not be much trouble to change the name. I just have to call their contact phone number.

They won't directly refund the purchase price. Here are the options they gave me:

"Here's some options that could be explored of you are not able to attend after purchasing VIP tickets:

Option 1
You sell the tickets to a friend or person and change the name on the tickets so that they can pick these tickets up at will call. This would be best done prior to the event to reduce administration/paperwork chance of error.

Option 2
You request a refund for the tickets prior to the beginning of the tournament. This is important as GWC administration will need time to resell and not lose value on the tickets, whether the tickets be daily or event VIP passes. If GWC resells the tickets, then GWC the refund via the payment method used to purchase the tickets."
 
Get seating for a good price!

OK, since there has been little interest in this seating at $75, how about $50? If you are going to be in Galveston on the dates Sept. 15-17, this is a real good deal for you. You can sit anywhere, including the TV table, for three full days.
 
I cannot make the tournament, but if I could go, I would be buying your seats.

I was about to put the tickets back up for sale as there seems to be a problem with the buyer who made the offer, but he just PM'ed me to say he would try to use PayPal again this evening.

The poster who made the original offer is still saying he is having trouble using PayPal, so the tickets are back up for sale. I am asking $50 for three days of Platinum VIP seating which retails for $75. It would be doing me a real favor to take them off my hands as I am unable to attend the tournament. Thanks!:smile:

OK, guys, if you are going to be at the Galveston Tournament on the days of September 15-17, I know you WILL want these tickets and you won't be able to get them for $50 once you are down there. So help an old retired professor out and take these off my hands for $50. Thanks for looking.:smile:
