It is unless you create a thread about tapers, Meucci's hit/taper/ferrule, cue design, taper machines, cnc, coring, burl wood...

How about the Cue Machinery Section...WOW...Makes me want to have a Merry Christmas...WE are horrible people....
Joey, Merry Christmas
Mike, Merry Christmas
Dave, Merry Christmas.

And a Happy New Year.

Wow, I just got done reading the one about the lathes. What happened to everyone? This reflects badly on the industry as a whole. Its not even the cuemaker or the lathe maker that is in on the discussion.

Well, you know us non cue makers. We know everything and are highly opinionated. What I want to see is nasty fights among cue makers :D

Jazz the trouble maker.

Please don't become too discouraged.

In what 2 1/2 seconds did you think that. Do I sound discouraged,
YOU BET YOUR BISCUITS!

I have been building cues for two years. I don't jump in and answer many questions posed here because I know there are people who can answer those questions much better than I can.

I have picked up many little "gems" from this section and I want to express my gratitude to those who make genuine contributions here. I have gotten some great help here through pms and phone conversations with several cue makers.

Again, thanks a million guys..............and merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.

Just sit back, relax and have some coffee.... nice to see stuff from posters whacking at each others post but not between cuemakers IMO...

Nonetheless, I've made quite a number of friends here:)

Happy holidays to everyone!

Can't condemn the whole forum for about 8 of them, But I have thought about sending miniature telephone poles, splintered of course as a sign of good faith.

Michael Webb - may you learn how to treat customers well . . .
joeyincali - may you be hit in the azz by a buckhorn sheep . . .
tellsitlikeitis - may you learn to be more blunt . . .
Kevin Varney - may you learn what a pool player really wants in their hit . . .
petreecues - may you offer a decent leather wrap deal for once . . .
billiardbum - may you become a more decent and giving guy . . .
therestofyou - may you become even more of the great contributors that you have already shown . . .

All of the above are with posted with tongue firmly in cheek and meant with all respect. Seriously. Well, except for the last one.

And on the real side.... May Chris Hightower's wife get well soon.

It's not for stroking but for those special few to have a seat.
