I've got my Scruggs, BlueGrass, and McDermott plain janes now. I have a Rick Howard on the way soon, and will probably pick a nice BEM player's cue from the 3rd Ernie Martinez batch. My Searing will also be a merry widow cue. That makes 6. I want 7. (it'll fill up the rest of my 12x24 case!! :) :)).

SO..........

Looking for a nice NATURAL color BEM or Curly Maple merry widow cue. 2 shafts preferred, but not necessary. Somewhere near 19.25 ounces (give or take a tenth) would be ideal. MUST HAVE A WRAP (linen, leather, lizard...all are fine).

I've asked around a bit, but haven't found the right one yet.....so if you have one, fire away!!!

I have nearly the exact cue you described on order from Richard Chudy... it will be delivered next week. www.rc3cues.com click GALLERIES and look at pictures #5, #6, and #7. My cue is will be exactly like that one.

No, I intend to keep this one. Actually, I have been interested is this cue from Chudy for some time and just now getting around to it. When it gets here I will send you a PM with my thoughts on it.

I saw a BEM merry widow at his booth during the VF Expo.....REAL sweet lookin'...and the guys I was hangin' out with said he makes a killer playing cue. Nice guy, to boot!! :)

I'll stay tuned for your take on the cue you're gettin', sir.

Correct on both counts, Mark. I had it and it is gone...to Finland, BTW. Really nice, simple Frey player.

Yeah, I kinda figured that, Joe. The price was stellar, the cue was really nice.......kinda stands to reason that somebody snatched it up.

BUMP FOR THE BEDTIME CREW!!!! (some of us need A TON of beauty sleep!! :) :) )
