You guys here at AZ are amazing, doing things like this for people you might not even know. I wish the entire world could take notes.
I was laid off In August, and take care of m. niece full time. It gets tough supporting her with tuition and everyday life needs. Since October I've been trying to become a correctional officer with the California department of corrections and rehabilitation. I've worked my butt off to get this far, two written tests, a physical fitness test, psych evaluation, and February 20th I have my livescan. Within 5 weeks of that ill know if I'm accepted into the academy or not. Pool is really the only thing I have to help keep me sane at times. When I'm not shooting, I'm watching, and when I'm not watching I'm thinking of it. A livestream is something I've always wanted to get but an extra $40 to spend watching pool just hasn't been in the cards. And well Efren reyes is my idol, so this is like a double win.
This is a great gesture from you all offering, it's good to know there are still good, helping people in this world. Hope i can one day give back to the community as you all have.

I'll be getting this one and hoping I get a chance to watch it. I definitely wouldn't mind ponying up a few more bucks a month if azb could hook up with Justin to keep a monthly or so going for members. Wishful thinking probably, but maybe even he could sell his archives to espn as they could be edited down into some great shows.
I'm going in every Tar thread and saying .Damn this is Bullshit..Damn..Couldn't ask for a better match to go out on...Its sad. Pool lost sevral great things this last year..None I liked as much as Tar..

This thread, and the many others like it exemplify one of the main reasons I love these forums. Hats off to those members graciously offering their purchases. As much as I would love to see the stream, there are much more less fortunate that deserve it more than I.

I hope at least TAR puts up all the previous matches for sale or somethig! I missed a most of them since I didnt live in the USA and didnt heard of them. Its a shame to see it go to waste.

what you guys are doing is incredibly generous and my hats go off to all of you who would like to make it possible for someone to enjoy this match who other wise could not afford to!!!!! I would like to throw my hat into that ring!
My name is Mike Badstuebner, you guys out there in the pool world might know me as "FINGERS" I have been involved with pool for a good long time and it is my life's passion!!
I try to give back to the pool community by giving lessons, putting up some challenge matches on you tube, jumping in on the forums from time to time, and doing commentary for Accu-stats, Inside Pool, and Big Truck, just to name a few! I have also been known to sell sets of Accu-Stats dvd's for well below cost to forum members, I support Accu-Stats fully and would rather see someone else watch these great matches then have them sitting on my shelf getting full of dust!
Unfortunately for me, I haven't been able to play pool at all for some time now! I have a lower back issue that has been bothering me for quite some time. I haven't competed in a pool tournament since November, 2012!! I am currently out of work because of my back, I have been out since the end of December and will not be returning until at least April 7th so money is extremely tight right now and as I would love to watch this match I do not have the funds myself to pay for it!!
I am sure there are other people out there just as deserving as I am and I will be happy for whoever else might get picked!

I would love to be able to watch this match as they are my 2 favorite players I just can't afford it right now. I am best friends and roomates with Tom D'Alfonso and all my extra money goes to putting him in as many tournaments as I can and paying all of our bills. It seems like no matter how hard we try we always seem to either break even or lose money after all expenses are paid. He didn't even go to Derby this year because he hasn't booked a winner in years there and the nut is too much. Saving all extra money at this time for SBE. Thanks for the generous offer.
