Identify cue found in basement

UNHello,

A friend of mine was cleaning out a basement for an older lady and found this cue. She let him have it and said it would have to be over 25 years old.

I have not seen the cue in person just these pictures. I do not think that it is anything of value, looks like a piece of junk to me but would like to get a better opinion than mine since I do not have much knowledge on old cues.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the cue was in that case.

Looks like a vintage unknown cue on Ebay.
Pristine too, like it came out of a time capsule.

Generic import, most likely Taiwan.
