Considering the sheer amount of users and posts, I think the powers that be are handling things as well as they can. I have seen other forums that assign each section it's own mod, and that seems to be working well in most cases. If anything, the may be too much leniency here. Policy states that that personal attacks and profanity are a no-no. There is just too much ground to cover. Think of it as a big schoolyard playground. Sometimes you have to put out the bigger fires first. Replacing the mods that we have makes no sense, but adding one or two more seems logical to me. I am ready to accept your flames....:nanner:
