for the 25 years before i started making cues, i used a domino pattern joss west

For Production American made cues I would probably go with Schon for a Stainless Joint cue or a Large Joint Meucci with wood forearm and normal wood shaft for non stainless joint. Pechauer and Viking would also be good choices in both categories.

Production cue.....I'm friends with Barry so I'll take a Viking.

I'd rather be hit in the head with an American cue than be seen shooting with an import.

I would buy a McDermott, they hands down have the best warranty and service out there. If I were going to buy a cue made abroad, I think I would purchase buy a Balabushka replica or one of the Adams replica cues being remade by Adams cue. Either way the cues above will give you a big bang for your dollar!!!!
