the420trooper said:Luther Lassiter would have been an excellent choice in his heyday. He used to bet spectators before the break that he would run out. He would do this all night and come out slightly ahead. His B&R percentage was around 52%, according to the esteemed Grady Matthews.
With a shot clock I also would pick myself.whitey2 said:I would pick myself. Since no shot clock was specified, after I broke, I would
take 100 years to shoot my next shot.

If someone put a gun to your head and told you "you've got your pick of any pool-player in the world..You must select a player to break one rack of 9ball,and run out..no exceptions..one chance..that's it..he misses and you will get it."
I'd pick myself..because although I am by no means a champion..I can run-out ..and above all else ,I would rather decide my fate than someone else..
If I had to choose somebody(else)..I'd probably go with Rodney Morris 'cause he is always a cool customer under pressure and he's got the smoothest stroke in the game..and that is definetly a trait you'd require in a player for these type of stakes!
Any Thoughts AZ ? who would you choose ..?![]()
