I'm ready to go!! Vegas baby!!!!

I am excited. Just got off the phone with the Riviera in Vegas and booked my vacation. Eleven days in sunny Las Vegas for the BCAPL Nationals! :thumbup: I am going to play in the individuals for the first time since 2003. Hope I have a great tournament. Then on to the team competition. Maybe I will get a chance to meet some AZers while I am there and see (and sweat) some great money matches.


There's no place like Vegas. This will be my 16th year going to the BCAPL tournament and I get more excited every year! There is always something different to do or see and I am going to do some extra stuff this year. Not to mention the food...ummmm. can't wait!

I was out there in august of last year for the apa nationals (8b team event).
we came in 2nd and y'know, I wasnt all that upset with 2nd! haha!!
I'd like to get back out to vegas, whether it be for a tournament again or just for whatever, I had the chance in november for the TAP nationals, but had to work

I ended up winning $650 after putting $1.00 in a penny slot and played about $.40 of it
Blackjack was good to me out there too.

food was good too, not incredible, but i'm picky i guess

I forget the name of the pool room(s) out there, but we went to one when we had some down time, definitely try to get out of the casino some while youre there!

Yeah I think after all the years that I have gone that getting out of the casino is important. There are some really good (and relaxing) shows that go on every night of the week there.

If you do get a chance to go the indoor skydiving is a blast!! I have done that a couple of times and it really is something that will take your mind off the casino scene. I hear they have some place that rents machine guns and stuff.:thumbup: I think I will take some time to go shoot the sh#t out of something this year.
