Randy G is the best of all the instructors as far as I am concerned. No offence to Tom or Steve (Pooltchr) I just know more about Randy and his reputation. I am sure any of these guys will be able to really help you out though.
It would be hard to argue with that. Randy is responsible for getting me involved with the instructor program. I have taught with him on several occasions, and always end up learning something new. He is my teacher and mentor, and works endlessly to help many of us become the best instructors we can be.
There is a reason we fondly refer to him as "Pops".

Sounds like he's talking about "wax on, wax off" type of learning.
Take this offer into consideration. Heavy consideration.
That is precisely what we do. We teach you why, and give you the drills to burn in the concepts.
Mother Drills are the same as "Paint Fence" or "Wax on".
When you practice the mother drills until the concepts become habits, those skills will magically appear in your game when you call upon them.
