Opinion noted & appreciated, Ken. We already have plans for this cue, and I'm sure I'll be happy with it. I can also appreciate cues that are unadorned - it just so happens I/we have other plans for this one. Thanks for the comments about the wood & veneer combo - They were my choice. I was itching to put this combination together, and when I saw a coco/amboyna cue that Tony had made some time ago (and researched the other work he was doing & the input he was receiving) - I knew I'd identified the maker. Initially, I hadn't planned to add inlays, but Tony's acumen has progressed so rapidly, to such a high level, that I felt comfortable in the addition of some design & material elements that I'm fond of (and, of course, Tony helped w/ technical details on the inlays). Give a good cue maker a chance to do what he's good at, and feels good about... He's bound to please you.
