Do what your country is well known for, measure and copy.

I have some doubts as to whether referencing a person's nationality to
a discussion about pins and their finish will be of benefit to this thread.
I don't see it's relevance nor should there be.
In the business world, the internet has eliminated borders.

Hi,

here is the updates.

the new 3/8-10 ss pin will be available by next Monday.

add a threading groove on barrel.
thread ID: 0.252"
finish: electrolytic polishing
kindly note that the finish is not mirror polish, they are cutting thread, not rolled thread, which means may have slight machining mark if look closely. you can polish it with steel wool if have to do

Thanks.

Hi Bob,

abt the not fit issue, we already discussed between our email couple of days ago.

the reason why the pins can't fit your arbor, is because your arbor min diameter (0.221") is smaller than the pin thread min dia (0.27") which you mentioned also.

abt the quality issue JC mentioned, give me few days to work it out.

welcome buyer contact me via PM or email if need discuss any technical issue.

Perry

Hi Perry
I hope this info helps you. The 3/8x10. Screws I have used for 24 years have a .281 minor

Received replacement SS pins today. They are much better than the funky first batch. IMO they are still not quite "there" yet but this much I will say, Perry is trying hard and a man of his word.

I also got some of the new pins and they indeed look very good compared to the first ones. For the price I think they are good enough for all but the ultra picky. Haven't chucked them up yet to check the run out...will do that soon. I like the barrel grooves and the new minor fits my existing arbors.

Like you said...Perry is doing good in building his customer satisfaction business.
