I don't think they are readily avalible premade. A search of "indexers" on the ask the cue maker section will give you lots of ideas.

If it's a gear head lathe perhaps you could use an existing gear (with suitable tooth count).

If you have a rear chuck , attach it there . that's what I did on a Cueman Delux to get more options . I bought the plate off ebay and modified it to fit , work great . jim

You can see the holes drilled unto the edge of the chuck's back plate and a simple lock situated up on top.

I love inventive cue builders.......... you have to be an inventor to build cues............it seems that I am always making new jigs and tools....
