Look here, 97-9 is Very close to yours http://bluebookofpoolcuevalues.com/...d=ADAM_CUSTOM_CUES_HELMSTETTER_97_SERIES_CUES
I'm going to show my ignorance here but I had no idea the BB was online. How thorough is it? Is it as comprehensive as the book? How inflated is the pricing?Take clearer pics, also of the joint and under the butcap. Not that I can tell from that, but others can narrow it down. I am almost positive I have seen that design before, but the elements in it are pretty common so I could be tricking myself.

I think it looks more like the Level 5 97-11. It has the rectangular maple blocks in the butt end. But the dots aren't flush with the maple blocks like they are in the bluebook picture.

Sorry for the hijack...
All 97 series has double silver rings under tge joint. If it does it might be but I doubt it.
