I have a Instroke Buffalo 2/4 Case in mint condition (about 4 months old) That i'm looking to get rid of. Email me at midwikkid@Yahoo.com to get pics of the case. I'm wanting $125 for the case (shipped). Thanks for your time.

Buyers Beware!!!

Hi Dwayne,

Remember me? I'm the guy you "sold" your Andy Gilbert jump/break cue to a few months ago. Of course, you and I know that the only problem was that I sent you the money and NEVER RECEIVED THE CUE! I tried to contact you many, many times to find out if there was a problem, and never got a reply.

In case anyone is considering buying this case, let me tell you about my deal with Dwayne. I saw he had the above cue for sale a while back. He was asking $150 for it, which was an awfully good price for an Andy Gilbert J/B cue. I sent him the money, and even enclosed another $10 for shipping, as I didn't want him to have to pay for the shipping when I was getting such a "good deal" on the cue. Got burned, and never got another reply from Mr. Garfoot (midwikkid). Thank God, it was a cheap lesson! Buyers beware!

hunter, thanks for the tip-off. you should press charges, notify the post office, something or anything to make this prick miserable

Hi Larry,

Yeah, I think that's his major ploy. He knows if the dollar amount is low, nobody's going to take the time to follow through with pressing charges, etc., on someone from another state. My problem is that I buy a lot of cues on the net, and now have second thoughts everytime I do a deal. Damn shame because I occasionally buy a nice one. I've never had a bad deal on Ebay or anywhere else until I met up with Dwayne. Then the guy has the balls to start posting "sales" again. Go figure! One way or the other, he hasn't heard the last of me...

Regards,

Steve

Wow.... I figured the price was a little too good to be true... Thanks for the fair warning, Hunter.

thanks hunter!!

thanks for the tip! just saved me from getting burned! price is too good to be true that's for sure! too bad that people like this ruin these sales for everyone else.

Glad to be able to help! I had a bad feeling when I first dealt with this character, but the deal just seemed too good to pass up. Happy Holidays to all!

Regards,

Steve

i'm sending him a pm asking what's the problem, either send a refund or the cue. if nothing is done, every post he makes should be followed by a cut and paste of hunter's complaint. maybe if he heard from a few more members, he would resolve this matter and/or take a hike.

What a freggin crook... I work with a Federal Agent and he handles alot of internet fraud. If you would like to contact me I would be glad to relay your info to him. Fraud is fraud regardless of how much money is involved. Dwayne, I would suggest you atleast make an attempt to contact Steve Feld. Internet fraud this day and age isnt taken lightly.

Hello to All,
He should & could be arrested for postal fraud. My daughter was burned back in the beanie days for $135.00, the guy stole over $13,000.00 in one week from about 14 people. My self and three other victims got the person arrested & convicted and eventually got our money back. Many of the people just wrote it off but you do not rip off this Daddys little girl. It was quite and odyssey involving the postal fraud unit and the local police dept in the sellers town, copies of e-mail had to be made and papers had to be filed in certain time frames but I don't think that creep will rip off people like that again. I do not like thieves.......
