Give the guy a break! If you'll notice, he has 0 feedback, and he has nothing else for sale. So, he's probably as newbie as his feedback indicates. The box would be worth a lot to some, but I doubt it would be worth that much. Especially with a first time seller.
 
This is an interesting item, but 50k?? Maybe if you have the cue that was delivered in it, or 2 cues. Wonder where they got the price to list it at?
 
boxes

Somebody offered the boxes for sale from new Canon camera gear. No equipment was pictured only open boxes and the auction clearly stated boxes. The bid was over $2000 the last I noticed!

The seller may not be as foolish as he seems, he only needs one person to think the box is worth $50K out of all that see the item on e-bay. With the prices paid for partially eaten sandwiches and such, who knows? I have seen more than one auction that made my jaw drop!

I'm glad I read your post. It gave me second thoughts. I was just getting ready to hit the "buy it now button".

but do you have to rebox this box or can you just mail it again...i thats right Mosocni would get it again...for 50k i would hand deliver anywhere in the country for free within 24 hrs.
