Recently I was red repped by a member named JellyBean. He claimed he was not in favor of a poll of mine and wanted to let me know. Strange thing is JellyBean only has 50 posts and has been a member since 2005 and hasen't made a post since 2006. So he pops up after an 8 year hiatus to red rep me???

If I were a betting man, which I am, I'd lay some very strong odds that this is an alternate user name for another well known member.

You must of really pissed ole jelly bean off, Jellybean dont speak up too often but when he does people listen, dont they Hung! Very weird by the way (8 YEARS) you should feel special Hung ,Jelly dont waste his words on just anything!

Actually, red reps count far less than green. That's why when someone gets red-bombed by a bunch of people, it only takes one greenie from someone with a high rep count to change them back.

That's how the system was designed.

As we know, the system is mostly broken anyway, so its mostly an exercise about nothing.

Gives us something to talk about. I do give out a few atta boys, when something strikes me as amusing or a very good point. Can't remember the last red I sent. I've done it once or twice since I've been here, but not in a long while.
 
I get about 1 red per 15 or 20 greens. Most of my red comes from the west coast for some reason. Even though I was born on Sunset Blvd. :wink:
