i traded a Viking cue for this Iphone 4....
i sent my cue to him on the JANUARY 7th and NEVER received the iPhone ...
im waiting for this phone for over 3 weeks....
he said that he shipped the phone on the JANUARY 25th in a package attached to a tube case that he sent me a meucci cue that i paid with a check (that one was suppose to be shipped on the 15th and he shipped on 25th because i did not stop texting him and calling him)...
now he said that i have to wait until he can get me another phone... MAYBE A YEAR...lol
i asked him to send my cue back, HE SOLD IT...
i asked him to send me money..... HE SAID "NO WAY"
REALLY..???????..
We dont need this kind of business on AZ...

Does he have any proof of shipment? Also, the shipping agent would have NEVER accepted a package "attached" to another package. I am an Ebay power seller and ship dozens of items per week and know for a fact no agent would accept an item packaged like that. Mail fraud is a federal offense, i would file a claim and at least put some heat on the fibber!

as for Trade for trade,,,just ship both items to me then once i get both i ship them back out P-mail,,small cost

With all due respect, i really do not think COD(Cash On Delivery) will help here. You must pay first in order to get a package. What if you pay and then find a broom stick inside instead of a cue? You know what i mean?
For expensive(over 1K) cues i would suggest using an escrow service.

Slightly off topic, but why do people buy them for cash? Is there an advanatge to buying one as opposed to a free one through a service plan?
We just got 3 new Samsung Galaxy's for 99 cents each at Staples with a two year plan. They're awesome. The I phone 5 was $129 at Walmart with a two year plan. I phone 4's are probably free somewhere.

The advantage is - you are not handcuffed for 2 years with contract. try to get out of that contract and you WILL get slapped with $200 per line early termination fee.
With the phone that you bought on the site you are on month to month basis.
