Does anyone know who does the actual hiring for the IPT jobs? I have talked to a few people who applied for a job and heard nothing (no phone call, email, or letter to say no thanks). Many people have probably applied for the jobs, but it would be nice for them to know these jobs have been filled. At least put it on the IPT site to say that job position has been filled. I heard that Kevin T has nothing to do with the hiring of the staff. Does anyone know who does or anyone who got a job listed on the IPT job site?

Susie...You can bet that now that KT has sold the IPT to an Asian businessman, the "company" will be relocating overseas, with Asians filling most of the opportunities. Not making any statement about good or bad, just that it will likely happen. I wonder if Deno will even be kept on...hopefully, for his sake.

I'm sure he will be, as KT still has committed to being Chief of the operation for the next 5 years.

I applied and did get a response tho it was weird........they contacted me via E mail and left me a phone contact number, why??? that person never called me back and I left numerous messages plus when they told me to come to chicago for an interview I was in FL and the meeting was the next day, it felt more like they wanted to dangle the carrot in front of you but put you on the miracle cure payroll instead. If they would of just called or E mailed me back I would of been fine with that, but noth?????????????????????????? ing was their response.

I like to see SCOTT SMITH brought in at the least as an ASSISTANT to Deno.

I was talking to some of the IPT staff, it is an interesting hiring process you have to have a high IQ, and I think some degrees in college.

LOL, do you mean to say that they give their applicants an IQ test?

Yes. According to Deno, all his staff are in the top 10%. I think this is a good idea. I wouldn't want anyone on my staff who couldn't write or communicate effectively and intelligently. I'm sure the lack of high intelligence reveals itself on some of the applications alone, thus not necessitating an interview.

Well, for people with a high IQ, you'd think they'd be able to come up with some way to let people know the jobs were filled. What kind of degrees are necessary (2 year, 4 year, Master's, Doctorate)?

Oh Scott, you can't know that. Very often a company is "bought" and just left alone. For all we know the 150 million figure is a committment to invest. We don't know the terms of the deal at all. We don't know if the "money" is in the form of stock options in the online gaming company or what.

I am positive that the IPT was not and will not be purchased for 150 million in cash. There is most likely some kind of structured deal in place that considers where Kevin takes the IPT and the success therein.

Kevin is to remain as "comissioner" for five years. I am sure that his compensation for that will be handsome. In that position I am sure Kevin can choose his base of operations and his staff. I am pretty sure Deno's job is secure for a while.

Just an FYI - Asians have signifigant holdings in the USA. There are hundreds of United States companies that are majority owned by Asian entities. They aren't relocating abroad and replacing their American labor force with Asians.

It's a global world. Everyone wants a piece of everyone else.
