Now I've got it. I thought you made choices and didn't include Yang because of whom you preferred seeing..

In that case, I vote for an Appleton and a Strickland free for all. J/k.

I want some electricity, some high voltage action, some deadly juice, a little Killa in Manila.

That'll be Shane against three Filipinos all within 5 days. Pagulayan, Alcano and who was that guy who played like Beelzebub in the World Pool Championship but shoo-shooed in the last match against Peach. I had to google him. It was Gomez, aka: Superman. I think he would like to redeem himself and will play REAL WELL.

The Filipinos have stimulated pool unlike any other group of players. Their gamble and ability is legendary and a match of this type should include at least one of them. We have a young gun, waiting to have a shoot-out with any of them including Efren Reyes.

just a note for those of you voting for mike sigel - he will be playing efren again in a rematch according to trudeau and himself at the last challenge match - so we will definitely be seeing him in action again.

and a good thing too. the man's a legend! i want him to crush Efren!
 
Since I could only vote for one person, I voted for Shane. I want Shane to pound nails for the next ten years until there are no more heads left on them.

I screwed this up a little. I saw the poll and voted before reading the instructions that we could vote for 2 catagories. I voted for Chia Ching Wu but would have also voted for "legends" such as Incardona, Varner, etc. Sorry....:o
 
I would like to see some players with faster rhythm or a shot clock. The people in the audience look like they want to kill themselves with boredom. Of course if it goes too fast it will be over before the feed starts working.
 
SVB vs Jasmin ouschan. theyre both young and playing good. Plus they look like they could be a couple. Can you imagin if they had kids what kinda monsters they would be.
 
I understand everyone wanted Efren gamble SVB at DCC, which didn't happen. So there is a chance to try to make them meet. I don't know how IPT will handle this but what if - even in case they really are willing to match-up a pair selected by voting - what if one of the players (or both of them) reject to play? Will they IPT keep offering this opportunity to the next player on the list?
I mean even if we vote for someone we are not guaranteed that person will play.
If to think about Europeans (btw didn't view Crosby as a Brit, he was carrying star-spangled banner when he defeated Reyes at the WPC), Mika Immonen is my choice (didn't see him in this poll).
If to choose a female player, Jasmin Ouschan is the one to be voted for.
But if we could also select a game for them to play, I would vote for Danny DiLiberto versus Bill Incardona for a game of One Pocket. Or let it be straight pool.
So, are we trying through this poll results to work out a unanimous decision and then go to the IPT site to pick those two winning players, thus creating a majority in the voting? Block voting that is? (I didn't vote yet)
 
The current greatest vs the legend. SVB v Efren would be my top choice. I would like to see a top female play a top male though in a long race. While I do like Jasmin, I don't think she has earned the right to bump Allison out of this equation yet. Allison vs SVB would be nice to see!

I am with Jay on this one...I won't pay a dime to support the IPT...I can only get the feeling that there is some new scam in the works.

However...I shur would like to see a mtach between on of the following

Buddy Hall & Jim Rempe
Jim Rempe & Nick Varner
Earl Strickland & Jim Rempe
Any of the above & Austin Murphy

shouldn't we instead support GWAPO (Karl Boyes) who logged in and asked for that? He already received some votes, so? Frankly, I rhink at the moment we'vw had enough of Shane thanks to TAR. And, he must be in some decline recently?
I mean, may be block voting for GWAPO is better then.
 
i've already mentioned this about mike sigel but the same applies to efren. we will already be seeing these two play a rematch, so do we really want to vote efren in and see him play twice? just something to consider?

personally i'm voting for shane and jasmin - two of the biggest talents to ever pick up cues, and i'm sending a few votes Karl's way for coming onto the forum and telling us to vote for him. fair play to that!
