Yes there is a game that used these balls I think it was called Baseball. I have seen vintage sets on ebay but the set Danny V's sold has been recently discontinued:frown:.

IIRC, the game 'baseball' is a pocket billiard game that uses 21 balls, but I've not been able to verify this, nor find any photos of a table racked for baseball.

Sets of old balls numbered 16-21 are on eBay fairly often. Sets of 6 balls have gone for over $600. The colors usually match the sequence of the lower balls with the 16 being partly black, the 17 yellow, etc., IIRC.
