This is a legitimate question . . . IS Meucci still in business ?? No one is answering their phone and when I tried contacting them yesterday - while I did get a person on the phone EVERYONE else was in a "meeting" . . . so today it is ring no answer on phone.

Yes

If every cue shop that blew answering the phone or their timelines was posted about, we'd have a list of almost every cue shop.

This is NOT the average one or two man "cue shop" - this is supposed to be a full time business with full time employees AND also has a real poolroom open to the public . So yes, expecting someone to answer the phone does not seem like a major . . .

Kidding aside, Paul, as you might be aware, their customer service is way less than stellar and even answering the phone or returning calls can feel like you're asking a lot from them.

I drive by there occasionally and it seems like bussiness is doing good as i see the employee parking section full late in the afternoon.

Occasionally see quite a few customer cars there also.

I played in a travel league sometime back and we would play there every few weeks as he had a team use his room as their home base.

I saw sky woodward there practicing one time with bob setting up shots for him. Also saw another pro there another time practicing ..dont remember at the moment who it was though.

Unless they make CF cues from what I see y'all are going to be out of business.
 
Plus the 9ball championship is going on in AC. I would imagine that they have some representation there and some from the office may be at the event.
 
Well, NOT answering the phone has become more of the rule and Not the exception here in the 21st century- where have you been, Paul? Try calling any credit card company, health insurance company, utility company, cable company, etc. etc.

BTW- I do not regard automated phone services as "answering the phone". Local post offices and many local bank branches of major banking institutions will not even list a phone number any longer. Try calling your IRS during the tax season, when you really might need help:( Try to call UBER if you have a problem with a ride service- it has now become the norm for many, many business concerns in America to just not do business by phone or try to discourage you as much as possible from contacting them by phone.

The largest investment company in America puts their multi million dollar investors on hold for between 30 and 50 minutes- routinely - how is THAT for phone service:unsure:
 
The NOT answering the phone I believe was a trend started by Meucci and a stellar
example they continue to be.

Today is Yom Kippur the Jewish new year-a high Holiday. If they are Jewish that’s why they are off the air today and possibly yesterday
