Is Players cues infiltrating?

There are a bunch of posts about how great Players cues are lately. Did they hire a new social media marketer to advertise or something?

I try Players cue, it is the best cue ever, I love them, my friends love them, I love your friends if they love my new Players cue. Will not play with anything else! A+++ Super Product!

Starting to seem like some reviews for the cheap Android tablets you can buy for $100 from China.

I got a very slightly warped Players with the Joss I got from a pawn shop. I probably would've stuck with the Players except for the fact that the miniscule warpage would've gotten in my head after a while.

Just wanted to mention that. :poke:

This board has an absolutely uncanny tendency to stick to one topic at a time as if the only inspiration is only ever other topics that are also on the front page.

My experience is that they are one of the best cues for the money. Still got a players jump/break, and it may sound weird but it has nothing to envy to my bk2 and jumping long shots has nothing to envy to my cuetec sky.

For sure the bk2 and the sky are better cues, but the players is a steal for the money. You can´t go wrong with it.

We found the person they hired

I'm either a sleeper planted by Players a while back, or just another guy with a favorable opinion of them... either way, I agree 100% about their J/B cues.
Unquestionable value for the price! The pawn shop sneaky I have for a cheap take-along cue leaves very little to be desired, too.

LMFAO!!!

For real, get one and try it.

I have a Lucasi that is made in the same factory it is an upgrade from the Players and I like it a lot.
I think the Players cues are made by 10 year olds and the Lucasi by 15 year olds, so the Lucasi is made by more experianced workers.

That's because the posters in question are 9-ballers, capable of focusing on only one object ball (er, thread topic) at a time, rather than pick out their own patterns from the whole rack of balls (er, thread listing).

Their posting habits are wholely dictated by the numbers on the balls (er, what thread topic is new and hot) at any given time.

I've seen a ton more warped Meuccis than Players. As a matter of fact, I've NEVER picked up a used Meucci shaft that was not warped. Even the Bullseyes are prone to warpage. At least Players warranties theirs against it. If you ever find a used older Meucci with a straight shaft, keep it. It will be like finding Dubloons in your backyard

That's very funny! Green rep for !

i have a players j/b, works just fine. one of my favorite things about it is that the forearm or the butt can be used with the shaft. forearm for jumping and the butt for a shorty. also found mine at a pawnshop.

The pred line must be made by the 13 year olds then. Luc's seem better
for the cash$$

players cues

Players cues are great im still waiting for them to send my cue back to me.
after it warped like a broken finger. that was in 2008.
they must be still growing ther tree to make good on their warranty.
I much rather give a good report than :barf: report but its their lie not mine
Ps If anyone from players reads this you can send my cue back to me and I would be more wiilling to edit this. rip off
This cue warped so bad it would of raised the tip off the table 2 in
the worst i have ever seen.

lol great answer green for you sir

If I was going to be out of town for an extended period I would buy a cheap players and have it shipped to the hotel I am staying at. When I am done and going home it goes up on the wall at the pool room or gifted to someone I met and enjoyed shooting with.

$60 well spent.

I agree, Players Cues are the best cheap cues you can buy, they beat playing off the wall when in a bind, I bought one when my Joss sneaky got stolen and it does the job out in the bars,

and as you stated the shipping time is like 3 days.

I break and play with my sp player's 20 hours every week for the past 6 years. It's still very straight. Best $40 I every spent. So what if it's not a work of art. An impressive cue isn't going to put more balls in the pocket. Besides I never have to worry about it being stolen.

My first playing cue was a players. I have to say that I always enjoyed playing with it. I like the balance of the cue and the feel. The only problem I ever had with it was that the linen wrap came off. However, I would definitely suggest a players cue to anyone looking in that price range.
