Shenanigans! You spilled the beans, Scott! Oh well.. Yes, I had Scott Lee over, and it was in fact him that told me my table was tight.. I didn't realize at first...
I am doing okay everyone, thank you for asking. I am bummed out here in Iraq, though.. The game room and everything else new back home is so nice that coming back to Iraq REALLY sucked!
Blackjack, when Scott told me that he was going up to see you the next day, I was sorely tempted to see if I could tag along to say hi to you, but didn't know how it would go over, since we had ruffled each other's feathers over those silly threads about pool videos. I would have really enjoyed coming to have that drink, and maybe shoot a few games. My stroke is horrible from basically a year of not playing anyone who could hit the rail, but I don't think I embarassed myself too badly with Scott.
For those who have doubted Scott, I have to say that the lesson was definitely worth it. He identified a few things I need to work on, but I think the main thing he brought to my attention (though he might not realize it) was I need to lock down my personal eye pattern. I've made it my main focus whenever I could play a little to make sure I followed a certain eye pattern, and it's got me playing quite a bit better. It's something I used to have down pretty well, but a few years away from the game takes it's toll.
Blackjack, I think the next time I come home will be the last, so I will make sure to come and say hi..
