Wrong, don’t know where you got on or get off.
I read Dan’s terms per se.
He didn’t misspeak, he offered to play Chamberlain 14.1, not Jayson.
He offered to play Jayson full rack banks, and one pocket.
The rest of it is just pure speculation on your part.
With your low IQ, not surprised you lost track of what has transpired in this thread and what Dan agreed to.
Best you stay out of it.

14.1 - is my favorite game to practice - One Pocket and banks are more in my wheelhouse for competing against another. I have no problem playing yer scotsman - in either discipline on a tight Diamond table - 1 of yer rebco amateur chamberlain fakebook tables - will not suffice - 'ol st. fishy Lou eh'.
xradarx,
Bobby accepted a one pocket match for min. 10K but will play for 100K or more. Money needs to be posted.
waiting on Dan to respond.

The thread is officially awaiting a response from the non sanctioning pool federations over defining official high run records and the designation of world champion. Whatever the phrase is for world champion in Europe creates a legal gray space and that is the dspute about the 2009 title.

The BCA are the originators of initial records. However international governing bodies operate along different rules. Which body will hold the sole claim at deciding how history is recorded officially? The WPA has a made a power play to exclude Mosconi has a 14.1 world champion, as well as many other players.

How will the new generation of pool administrators prepare the pool community to endure through the next century?
Currently its not clear, the lack of communication between the different bodies is ongoing. There are still conflicts on calendar protection dates and player list rankings. Specifications and guidelines for 14.1 record attempts are still unclear.

How will European, American and Asian countries organize to settle a global definition of non sanctioned world champion in 14.1?

Those organizations don't post here.

If you want to sort something out, contact them.

And stop posting about things you know nothing about and stop with the grandstanding.

What happens if the WPA or WCBS collapses? Does World Title revert back to meaning US based champion? Or European based Champion?

In that event do past sanctioned tournaments count as valid World Titles?
Dude...let it go. There is no meaning to the title of 2009 14.1 World Champion. If Danny seriously wants to call the event he won that year a World Championship...fine, have at it. Others will chose not to.

It wasn't a legal issue 13 years ago and it isn't an issue at all today.

I accept your surrender.

Why do you even conjure such a scenario? Troll much?

But let’s assume you are indeed sincere, in a misguided way, and really want a serious answer.

If the NFL folded tomorrow, are all previous Super Bowl winners suddenly orphaned as champions? Ditto Stanley Cup, World Series, World Cup, Olympic medalists, etc., do they revert to some other recognized championship?

In America there are black leagues. Black leagues are not as known as the commercial leagues.

Blacks only leagues existed and still exist. In the pool world, the few black owned pool halls would have counted as historically significant.

Unless you think Cisero Murphy learned to play in an all whites room. What is your version of history?

Officially I am taking today off from AZ.

(please read the following in a dead pan voice)

Oh no. I'm so upset. Please say it isn't so.

But what if the BLM movement protests the underrepresented African Americans in the National Hockey League and is able to force the NHL to implement affirmative action...if that happens and the NHL moves to Saudi Arabia would Mosconi's record be recognized by the current Mexican government?
