hey guys ive been shooting alot, heres my shot schedule, its kinda long
it goes.....seven balls each..probook shot 1-16 with extended shots (32 total shots) and in between the shots i do something different, ie, shot one, game of three ball, shot 1 extended, 1 game of 3 ball, so that format all the way thruough the shots, i shoot 8 sets of 3 games of 3 ball, 8 bank drills, (all 15 balls in the side, all 15 in the corner), 8 games of 8ball, and 8 games of 9 ball...........

wheeeeew thats alot of stuff.lol....its like at least 4 hours of pool, its 524ish shots.......

im on day 5 of it, so ive shot 2500balls in this week ,
how long tell i will see massive improvements,
and any other drill schedules i should consider.

pool's one of those things where it just seems to take as long as it takes

If you do your workout 6 times a day for one week you will be really tired and could probably be ready to take on anyone. Those shots are the same as what Bert Kinister has in his video but Bob makes them easier to remember and more simplified. I don't know what you have but the book and DVD complement each other.

I wish that I had the time to do that but I am retired and busy doing nothing.

I am a firm believer in developing a perfect stroke...practicing shots and runouts are great, but your stroke is the only thing that you bring with and use every shot. The shots will change from rack to rack, but the stroke must remain perfect and constant.

I would include some stroke drills and attempt perfection with every one. OB in center of table. CB between corner and OB in strait line to opposite pocket. Practice stop shot, follow into pocket after OB, draw back and scratch in corner after pocketing OB. Record your results for 10 tries and try to accomplish this with the softest, smoothest, effort. DON'T BLAST THE BALLS!...

There are other drills for hitting center CB and you should develop a real feel for center CB.

Also work on speed control for very short and medium distances using follow and draw, as these are the shots that make or break a runout. It's easy to hit the CB at maximum english and let it loose, but try to refine and perfect your control.

Also practice kicks and bunting the cueball with a veeerrrrryyyy soft touch.

Good luck.
