thats what i heard, in the bay area-I think. If tony is involved it will be done right.

i hope it's near stockton! i saw him at a california billiards tournament (started a thread about it). he was cool we chatted a little about the book he was in

Ever since that great book, "Off the rail" I have been a fan of Tony. I went to Chalkers in SF, no Tony, I went to Blue Fin Billiards in Monterey, no Tony, never met him, I am in LA. Maybe I can find him in his new room.

Funny, I have been thinking about that myself. My wife wants to hit me over the head, but I was thinking almost a members only- players room. Good equipment and not for "date night". I'm just not sure if it can be done any more.

I was stationed at Travis AFB and in 1989~90 bought a Viking at a pool room on N. Texas Ave. just off of Airbase Pkwy. Google shows that the current location, if it's the same one I have in mind, is called Fairfield Billiards and Arcade. I wonder if Tony is buying that location.
