Issue with Seyberts! HELP

Hi,

This is my problem, last wednesday I bought a M202 McDermott Massey Master Cue and some accesories.

Total spent: $414

The next day I receive an email from Seyberts, with the bad new that the Massey Master Cue is not on Stock, and was discontinued from McDermott.

I answered the mail and told them that I want other cue or the total reimbursement of the purchase, to make a new purchase.

But I dont have a answer yet. And Im pretty worried, because I need or the money, to make other purchase, or the new cue that I want, with the rest or accesories that I bought previusly.

Yesterday I submit a ticket in the webpage, but I dont have a answer yet.

What can we do in this case?

I'm sure they just have not responded bc its the weekend. They are only open a few hours on saturday and its possible the personell is not there on the weekends to take care of it. I know them personally and visit their shop frequently. They are nop notch and will make it right I am sure. Give them a call tomorrow.
 
Seyberts are good people. I have done business with them many times. i've even returned things a few times and have never had any issues.

Seybert's is a good and reputable company. I am sure they will resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

I've done business with them lots of times and have never had any issues that were not resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Don't get nervous, I'd be willing to bet you hear from them tomorrow.
 
I've bought a couple of stuff from Seyberts. One time when I ordered a shaft they called me the next day informing me that they did not have the length that I ordered and that they only have a certain size. I appreciated the prompt response. Try posting on their forum maybe you might get a quicker response. I wouldn't worry about it too much just give them time.
 
Seyberts is among the very best web retailers out there.

If you have an issue I have contact info for someone pretty high up in the group, but I doubt you'll need it.

I've just sent an email to my boss at Seybert's and can assure you that your concerns will be addressed in a timely manner as soon as they get to the store.
