I've reached a plateau in my game....

The only thing I would be playing with her is one pocket.:D Maybe sleep for a couple of ours and play another long set of one pocket.:D My game would be very strong.

For some reason, for the first time ever, I enjoyed being in the electric chair.

For me I really need to buckle down on my game or get away from it for awhile. An then again my dad always told me "if you want to get any better, play better players and bet it up, heads up. If losing money won't make you better nothing will." Everyone is different.

Hmm, I can't understand why your game has hit a plateau. From just watching the video, mine has risen considerably!

it takes a long time to boil water and improvement is a very slow gradual process but its always happening. Plateaus are built of despair. Thats where most give up or slow down but really its the best time to keep going to find that breakthrough. imo  Couldnt see yr video on my machine

This line says it all, "MY friend says I'm distracted too easily." Hint, it's a very well endowed woman in the video playing pool...

She can't make a bridge and yet she could be 12-0 in a race to 9. Her calf muscles would gain definition from repeating that victory dance. Then I would buy her anything. Am I not thinking straight here.

I am afraid ...

that she has terrible form, and she is pushing the cue ball. She has to learn their is a back stroke and a front stroke. I think you are gonna have to take a hands-on approach with her till her form is a work of beauty. It will probably take many hours and lots of hard practice to get her on the right path.

If you can't spare the time, I will give you my number.
