Is is possible to repair a cracked ivory joint? If not how much to replace?

not really and somewhere in the $200-$600 range depending on who does it and how well they can blend the finish or not.

Call Mueller I don't see it on the list of repairs or get info for the original cue maker. If he can't do it shop it around to everyone who does high end cues.

I would think 375-475 including a refinish. Don't know if it can be done without a refinish might not blend in.

Tap Tap Tap, I agree with this completely, thats also what I would charge and blending the finish is easy so long as the forearm finish is in good shape.
