I'd really like to try this combo. Both are always noted to giving great feedback...so to combine the two, what could someone expect?

I know you likely wanted more specific answers. I'm sorry for being so vague. It's just that i'm not nearly as opinionated as I once was. The more cues I build, the more I realize nothing is certain & not much can be 100% predictable. I used to think I had it all figured out & had the "perfect" formula. But the more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know. Truth is, I think wood quality & construction quality is what makes the difference. Taper shapes & weight & balance play a great role in a cue's play quality. But beyond that is wood & construction. I believe if the cue is built solid with great wood, the joint pin & joint collar materials are neither here nor there. So go with what you like the looks of, so long as it does the job.
