Anyone who is considering a set of JP's from Jim and his wife should not hesitate. I've gotten 2 sets in the last 2 months and quality, fit, and finish have been super! Emails and inquiries have always been answered promptly and my dealings have been more than pleasurable.
The last set I sent an order form on Thursday, confirmed a few questions Friday morning, was emailed a picture of the completed set Friday afternoon, and tracking info a few minutes later. They were on my cue in PA by 1pm Monday. If that's not prompt service on a custom product I don't know what is! Jim and Christy get a BIG :thumbup: from me!
