Sorry if I missed it on the flyer... Scrolling on the phone.

Is this a tournament? We might even get perk out there, if he has a chance to whup me.

Your charity (handsforcancer.org) is a ghetto charity with the money going to a select few, zero accountability and nothing going for the cause of cancer.

You are a fake.

I think this pretty much sums up your dumb and uncalled for post......

your name should be I smoke the crack rock.I easily find your statement to be racial and uncalled for. You simply do not have to participate or make any comments. I hope to meet you face to face someday to talk about your comments but by then you would have overdosed or be in jail anyways.
I understand why now pool is in the toilet when there are guys like crackhead crackrack around.sorry to all who had to see such a negative post from this guy.
Anyways Thanks to Jack Justis and all others who have donated to this cause and all other causes to help everybody understand about Cancer Awareness. Hopefully the moderators will erase the crackracks comments and give him a vacation.

Interesting, curious to know the motive behind this post. Is it personal or do you have facts to back it up?

I checked out their website and the organizations they are affiliated with. A financial donation scam that uses Cancer is successful if they only fool a few people. Check out their site and see for yourself.

Has a $990 annual revenue income.
I know a scam when I research one.
I could say more about arrest records regarding this, but I won't. If you check for 10 minutes like I did, you'll see it.

I am confused

Bobby started this thread to thank Mr. Justis for his donating the case. He did not ask AZ members for donations. If either Cracktherack and/or Mr. Wilson want to prove that the charity is bogus then do so! But don't just post fact less acquisitions and expect Bobby to do your homework. If you have proof show it!

Thanks for your efforts Bobby and Jack and your concern for cancer awareness

i did a google search for the charity name and ms clarke's and found nothing that is readily suggestive of any fraud or even perception of such.

In fact, there is a link to an award that was presented to her for her work.

I'd like to see some substantiation of the claim that there is any dishonesty associated with the event or the charity.

Having known bobby for decades, and folks who run in the same circles, I can say-as I have before- he is a 100% credible man. He may not be liked by everyone, but that is not relevant to his intent with the event.

Jack Justis is truly a great man and case maker.

While there are many giveaways as of late on AZ....Justis gave away a case for a better cause and that's cancer awareness.

While others are giving away stuff to friends or customers for their own gain.

Bravo!

I must agree. I do not believe it is incumbent upon Bobby to prove or provide diddly-do-da.

Innocent until proven guilty should be the default here.

BTW, it is an awesome case. Good on Jack and Bobby for supporting the fight against cancer.

What a great gesture and a very nice case. Its too bad Jack has had to go through all the BS he went through posting on here.

I checked it out also but could not find any evidence of fraud. Please enlighten us.

If you read the link I gave, they say that the charities INVITE people to research which are valid and which aren't.
Bobby can do whatever he feels compelled to do.

It's just a suggestion, but hey..who am I..right?

that's my ticket by the way

the eventbrite foundation sponsers very many such events.
they are stringent in thier methods of insuring a clean bill of health.
further, hard times billiards is sponsoring and hosting event, i sincerly doubt any slick is hanging out there

Cancer Awareness Event

I want to be clear here.I opened this thread to say thanks to Jack Justis for making a beautiful case and donating it to our Cancer Awareness event and I posted a picture of the poster for everyone to see.Even though the poster reflects there are raffles for Items donated by Professional players and others my intention was not to sell raffle tickets on AZB.
All this being said anybody is welcome to come out for a day of fun and support at the event. If anyone wants to see the legal forms I have no problem to email a copy so just send me a PM and I will do so.Everybody has an opinion and mine is that I do not want to just post up the forms in this thread but if any of you that have donated or intend to donate than I totally understand and I will email it to you.
As for azb member rackcrack don't bother sending me your email as I don't need your racist negativity.
