Jack Justis Strikes Again: My New Justis TAR Case

Awhile back Chad and I decided to treat ourselves to a Christmas present from Jack Justis. Jack was very gracious as always in helping us get our order together and said "You will have them at the Derby"

A man of his word, we picked up our new cases last week. I am very happy.

I always wanted to know what a Justis would look like without any pockets so I ordered mine that way. Jack said he has made three this way. I really like it.

We want to thank Jack for his friendship and his fantastic craftsmanship. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I hope to do more in the future.

Here are the pics:

Nice looking case. I kinda like the "sleek" look.

Personally, I need a pocket for a few knick knacks, but there is a simple elegance about the no pocket look.

Jack is the best. I consider him a friend too. He, and Toots are great people.

WOW, that is NICE.....sleek......impressive....thanks for posting pics....

Beautiful, it looks streamlined without the pockets. I always thought that the pockets, straps and handles detract from the "sleekness" of nice cases.

Nice

Great lookin case with nice pictures in which to show it off.

Clear some room in your pm box. I am trying to reach you.

Thanks

Kevin

Another classic creation! Jack is a skilled and talented artist!

By the way, Justin, what does your username stand for?

Now that you are a resident of Las Vegas, shouldn't you change your name to JCNV? LOL

Nice case, Sunny like...

That's where he lives, not where he's from

Without pockets though, you carry accessories in a bag elsewhere?

I used to carry all kinds of crap but usually I ended up losing it or forgetting the tip tools, JP's, shaft slickers and all the other stuff after setting it on a table while playing. So I stopped carrying that stuff, put a tip tapper on a key chain, use paper towels/napkins to wipe the shaft down so I dont really need a bunch of stuff in my case.

I have two cues in the case with one shaft each and a Lomax jump cue as well. The butt of the Lomax is thin enough to fit in one of the shaft slots so I have everything I need.
