Her high run, I believe, is 152 on a tight Diamond table against AZB'er sjm. He would know the details far better than me.

That's correct. I believe the run was 68.
Interestingly, she was the previous holder of the women's competitive 14.1 high-run that she set back in 1988 (don't recall the # of balls, tho). In 1992 at the BCA U.S. Open 14.1 Championship, Ewa's run set in 1988 was beat by someone else (I want to say LJJ?). However, 10 minutes later Ewa then made a higher run of 68 to regain the title she was momemtarily without.
You know, upon writing this I realize something: SHE NO LONGER HAS THE HIGH RUN!
Since I was around the 14.1 WCs last year I recall that Jasmin Ouschan nailed a run of 85! She's the new record holder!

JL's run was in a practice game. The initial poster did not ask about tournament high runs; just "high run."

I'm with Willie on this. 14.1 high runs have never been associated with tournaments - if they were, you'd have about a billion guys with "high runs" between, say, 145 and 153. Not a very telling statistic.
It didn't state that it was in tournament play, nor anything about a championship.

The women might have it even worse, with their finals only going to 100!

While I was attending a WPBA event in Detroit (maybe 1998), a few years back, inbetween matches, Steve Tipton was working the crowd and asking if any of the fans had questions for the women pros. The women were sitting by themselves in a ring side front row section.
Ms Lee was warming up on the TV table when Steve asked the audience or Questions.
One question was 'what is Ms. Lee's highest 14.1 run?' She answered and you should have seen the women pros' head snap to attention when Ms Lee answered "One Hundred twenty two"
